Job Description
Role Description: As a Traffic Control Assistant, you will play a crucial role in:
- Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using the proper equipment.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all.
- Managing traffic flow effectively.
- Delivering exceptional service and protection to our clients.
- Benefiting from continuous training and support to advance from an entry-level position to long-term career opportunities.
Qualifications
- Must pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test.
- Must have “0 or Plus” DMV Driving Points along with a Virginia Driver’s License
- This job requires physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Truck driver experience with large trucks (18′ to 24′) non-CDL.
- Needs to work in a fast pace environment always maintaining a safe demeaner.
- Must be able to work well in a team atmosphere.

What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Weekly Pay every Friday, Hourly pay based on experience, with pay increase within the first year.
Starting Pay: $15.00+ per hour
- Rapid Advancement opportunities to progress to a Traffic Control Technician within 3 months, with further growth potential to Traffic Control Supervisor and beyond.
